Tender, fleshy and structured. This heady wine with aromas of ripe red fruits, undergrowth and coffee, evolves on notes of spices, leather and liquorice.
240 g grilled beef 50 g grana padano chips 300 g fresh tomatoes 70 g arugula 20 g sunflower seeds 1/4 bunch of basil
Brush the meat with a little olive oil and salt it generously on all sides. Heat the pan over high heat again.
Wash and dry the rocket. Pass the tomatoes under water and cut them into small quarters.
In a bowl, mix: olive oil (2 tablespoons for 2 people) with balsamic vinegar (1 tablespoon for 2 people) and half of the chopped basil (save the rest for the end).
Cut the meat into thin slices and place them on the plates. Drizzle with basil vinaigrette and sprinkle with Grana Padano shavings.
